Our relationship with our customers doesn’t end when we deliver a winch. We provide ongoing help throughout the hire or post sale, along with a range of service options to suit all organisations. Should you require a maintenance plan, a complete winch overhaul, a remote site breakdown service, equipment testing, installation or commissioning, then Rotrex Winches can help.
Rotrex Winches provides:

Contracts can be tailored to meet your specific needs and can accommodate work to be carried out on site, offshore or at one of our regional workshops.
We provide rope spooling on both hired and purchased winches. Steel or fibre ropes can be purchased directly from Rotrex or our customers can provide the rope and we will gladly fit it to a professional standard.
Using our 250 tonne test bed, Rotrex Winches is able to spool rope onto even the largest winch in the hire fleet while smaller capacity winches can have rope spooled on in one of our workshops.
